SOLID is a state-of-the-art, modular, rugged and cost-saving plant for dissolving and dosing powdery substances.
The plant, designed and developed by UTG, provides continuous dissolving of free flowing powders in water and subsequent transfer of the solution to the consumer by a dosing pump.
The construction is simple and easy-to-maintain:
- adapter for pick-up hopper (for different types of raw material containers)
- buffer storage
- dosing device
- dissolving vessel with agitator
- feeding pump.
The processing time in the dissolving vessel can be adjusted to customer-specific requirements. Due to its special design, SOLID is suitable for handling bags, drums, containers as well as big bags.
For plant control manual and/or automatic operation are offered.
SOLID is available in four standard sizes (e.g. for 250/ 500 / 750 / 1000 TPD of dry groundwood).
Upon request, the dissolving and dosing plant can also be supplied for other specific chemicals and appliances.
