Pipe Stress Analysis

Precise pipe statics are crucial for the reliability and longevity of modern systems. At UTG, we combine technical expertise with innovative calculation methods to optimally fulfil all requirements for pipelines and their components.

Expertise in pipeline planning and structural analysis

Pipe stress analysis - safety and precision for your systems

Due to the increasing complexity of modern systems and the constantly growing legal requirements, pipe statics are becoming more and more important in planning. To provide our customers with optimum support in all areas of piping engineering, we rely on an experienced team of specially trained technicians. With the help of certified software, we carry out precise pipe static calculations and detailed stress analyses.

In addition, we also calculate displacements, bearing and nozzle loads, create sophisticated support concepts for pipework and take care of the design of pipe classes and secondary steel structures. Our range of services also includes checking tank wall thicknesses and designing axial, lateral and angular expansion joints.

We also create internal pressure analyses for bends, reducers, T-pieces and flanges in a wide variety of designs. In addition, we prepare each result in verifiable, standard-compliant reports so that our customers can access reliable documentation at any time.
