Tasks

Your responsibilities will include independently handling procurement processes for customers in a wide range of technical industries.

Specification of equipment and plant components
Preparation of tender documents and supplier enquiries
Comparisons of bids based on the tender documents prepared
Participation in contract award negotiations
Execution of orders and handling of the entire procurement process (supplier coordination, production approvals, acceptance, delivery tracking, goods receipt inspections)
Checking and compiling the final documentation

Requirements

The project business and the focus on different industries require a high degree of mental flexibility and technical curiosity. If you also have the following qualities, you will fit in perfectly with us.

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, etc.)
the willingness to support our offices in Vienna and Tyrol with projects
the ability to work in a customer-, quality- and solution-oriented manner
Independent implementation of specifications and procurement processes
a high level of communication skills and social competence
Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing
