3D-Laserscanning

With our 3D laser scanner, we offer an innovative solution for the precise recording and documentation of entire systems. Using the Faro Focus S Plus 150, we create detailed scans with a range of up to 150 meter and an impressive accuracy of 1 millimeter. Post-processing enables individual scans to be referenced to form a comprehensive overall system, which is provided in universal point cloud formats.

Our data is ideal for further processing in software such as Autodesk Recap, SolidWorks® and Scene LT and supports the creation of 2D and 3D models and measurements. Our service covers all the requirements of modern plant planning and documentation, from planning checks and interference edge detection to the creation of visual documentation and the conversion of scan data into CAD or solid models.

Rely on maximum precision, efficient planning and comprehensive progress documentation – with 3D surveying from UTG.

Seamless integration of scan data into SolidWorks®

From scan to model - precision in as-built documentation

Using the latest technology, we transfer 3D laser scan data directly into a solid model in SolidWorks®. This enables detailed as-built documentation of industrial plants, machines and other objects. The exact digital representation of your structures forms the basis for precise planning, design and optimisation.

Our expertise in working with SolidWorks® ensures that your projects are implemented efficiently and error-free – from data acquisition to the creation of a consistent model that takes all relevant details into account.
